Not confortable to use
I have to say first that I did not use that app for long : I tested it, but had some difficulties that blocked me.
Here are some of the problems that made me stop it
- I couldn’t understand the UI easily. I guess reading a user guide would help, but after using a pretty fair amount of photo editing software, it is the first time I cannot get any result, or understand the basics of the philosophy of the software in 10 minutes.
- It is slooooooooow … I mean, really ! I tried it with an image from an iphone 4, which is not a huge image, it takes forever to process the image. So much that there is no preview of your work, you work “blind”, then ask for a processing and wait, then change some settings, then ask for a processing and wait, ….
- The integration to the platform is really not great. It is not an OS X app, it doesn’t look or behave like anything else in the OS. One simple exemple : imediately after launching, you have to select your language (this is supposed to be automatic based on your system settings).
So in the end, the application is not really comfortable, and will not help me get great reasults with my images.
So I don’t keep it.
Sorry dev team :-(.
